These terms apply when you use Photo Wiki: the iPhone app, the website at photowiki.app, and the connection that lets an AI assistant you choose use your Photo Wiki data. By using Photo Wiki you agree to them. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Photo Wiki stores downscaled copies of photos you choose, along with notes and wiki pages written by you or by an AI assistant you connect, and makes them available to you and to that assistant. Photo Wiki is offered free of charge for now, with usage limits such as a daily upload limit. We may change, limit or stop features, and will tell you in the app or on this site before a change that takes away something you rely on.
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Apple account secure. You must be at least 14 years old to use Photo Wiki.
If you ask for photo links to use in your own notes, anyone who has a link can open that photo's downscaled copy. You are responsible for where you put those links. A link stops working when you delete the photo or your account.
Do not misuse Photo Wiki: no attempts to access other people's data, to disrupt or overload the service, to get around its limits, or to use it for anything illegal.
You can stop using Photo Wiki and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Photo Wiki is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep your original photos on your device. To the extent the law allows, NextSingular Corp. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Photo Wiki. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and announce important changes in the app.

Photo Wiki는 내가 고른 사진의 줄인 사본과, 내가 쓰거나 내가 연결한 AI가 쓴 메모·위키 페이지를 보관하고, 나와 그 AI가 쓸 수 있게 해요. 지금은 무료로 제공하며, 하루 업로드 한도 같은 이용 한도가 있어요. 기능은 바뀌거나 제한되거나 중단될 수 있고, 이용 중인 기능이 없어지는 변경은 미리 앱이나 이 사이트에서 알려요.
Apple로 로그인해요. 내 계정에서 일어나는 일과 Apple 계정의 보안은 내가 책임져요. 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있어요.
내 노트에 쓰려고 사진 링크를 요청하면, 링크를 가진 사람은 누구나 그 사진의 줄인 사본을 볼 수 있어요. 링크를 어디에 두는지는 내 책임이에요. 사진이나 계정을 지우면 링크도 더는 열리지 않아요.
Photo Wiki를 악용하면 안 돼요. 다른 사람의 데이터에 접근하려는 시도, 서비스를 방해하거나 과부하를 주는 행위, 한도를 우회하는 행위, 불법적인 이용이 해당돼요.
언제든 이용을 그만두고 계정을 지울 수 있어요. 이 약관을 어긴 계정은 정지하거나 닫을 수 있으며, 법이나 안전상 이유가 없는 한 이유를 알려요.
Photo Wiki는 있는 그대로 제공돼요. 서비스를 계속 쓸 수 있게 하고 데이터를 안전하게 지키려고 노력하지만, 중단이나 오류가 없다고 보증하지는 않으니 원본 사진은 기기에 남겨 두세요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 NextSingular Corp.는 Photo Wiki 이용으로 생긴 간접적·결과적 손해에 책임을 지지 않아요. 다만 관련 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임과 소비자로서의 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않아요.
약관이 바뀌면 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 올리고, 중요한 변경은 앱에서 알려요.
